Here you’ll find information about our return, refund, and exchange policies. We guide you through the process and explain what applies, making it easy to manage your return.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, counted from the day you receive your order. We accept returns only from private individuals in the countries we sell and deliver to via our website: all EU countries, the United Kingdom, and Norway, excluding Åland and Svalbard.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in new and unused condition, returned in its original packaging, with all labels attached. Once the return has been approved, the amount for the returned items will be refunded. A return fee of SEK 50 will be deducted from the refund.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to order a different color, size, or model, please return your original order and place a new order via our website.

Items purchased through our website cannot currently be returned or exchanged in our physical Hestra stores. For purchases made in store, please return the item to the same store where the purchase was made.

How to Make a Return

Inside the package you received with your order, you will find a delivery note, a return form, and a prepaid return label. If you return items from multiple orders in the same package, it is important to include a return form for each order. If this information is missing, we will not be able to register your return correctly.

Step by step:

1. Complete the return form Customer number, order number, and product information can be found on the enclosed delivery note.

2. Pack the items Place the completed return form together with the items you wish to return in a box, preferably the same box that was used for delivery.

3. Attach the return label Affix the return label to the package. If you are using the original box, make sure the return label covers the previous shipping label.

4. Drop off the return Leave the package at a PostNord service point and keep the drop-off receipt. For current service locations near you, please refer to PostNord’s website.

If you are missing a return label, please have your order number ready and contact our customer service at b2c@hestragloves.com, and we will be happy to assist you. If you need a return form, customer service can send one to you.

Refunds

Once we have received and approved your return, the refund will be issued for the returned items using the same payment method as the original purchase. The refund will be made no later than 14 days after we have received the return or received proof that the item has been sent back. The return fee of SEK 50 will be deducted from the refund amount.

If you chose invoice payment, the invoice amount will be adjusted to reflect the returned items. For questions regarding invoices or refunds via Klarna, please contact Klarna directly.

Depreciation Value

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU), the consumer is responsible for any diminished value of goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and function. In such cases, a deduction may be made from the refund.
